Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from proceeding with a booking.
2. Services
I offer photography services including personal branding, portraits, events, and model digitals.
Full details of each service, including pricing and what is included, can be found on my website. If you require any clarification, please get in touch prior to booking.
3. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your session.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week prior to your scheduled shoot date.
Payments can be made online via the booking link on my website, via bank transfer, or through an invoice.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in the loss of the 50% booking fee.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will incur a £25 rescheduling fee.
5. Travel Costs
Travel and parking are not included in session pricing. Additional fees may apply depending on the shoot location.
6. Delivery of Images
Final images will be delivered within two weeks of your shoot date, depending on your selected package.
Images will be provided via an online gallery, where you can download your selected images in high resolution.
Additional images may be purchased separately.
7. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the property of the photographer. RAW files are not provided.
Clients are granted a licence for personal and/or commercial use (as agreed), but images must not be edited, altered, or filtered without prior written consent.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions for shoot locations or venues.
I am not liable for any issues arising from lack of access or authorisation. If a shoot cannot proceed due to this, the full session fee remains payable.
9. Model Release
By booking a session, you grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
If you wish to opt out, please notify me in writing prior to your session.
10. Liability
While every care is taken, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
In the unlikely event of image loss or technical failure, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
11. Amendments
I reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
